We resale houses at a lower rates for low income earners that have inadequate credit rating, and unable to easily obtain financial credit. Our offering are normally 5% -10% lower than the current market value of plots selling within Jamaica.
We are affiliated with Land Surveyors/ Valuators, Realtors, Engineers, Architects, Legal Advisors and a team of experts in the field of construction. We purchase building materials in large quantities on consignment to reduce wastage. Each project is accurately calculated to provide detailed estimates that are in accordance with international building standards.

Ross March is the Operational Director and founder of Progressive Property Consortium Company. Mr. March has over 10 years experience working in the construction and development industry. He has worked globally developing and managing commercial building projects.
Ross March leads the planning process, product positioning and market for PCC. He holds a M.Sc. in project management majoring in finance, and is the holder of the prestigious Six Sigma Black Belt.
O’Neil Levy is the Director of Compliance and Finance at Progressive Property Consortium Company. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and a Certified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of public accounting and investment management experience. Mr. Levy spearheads strategic vision, compliance and financial operations of the company.
Leonard Ross is the Director of Construction at Progressive Property Consortium Company with over 15 years experience in residential and commercial construction, refurbishment and alterations. Mr. Ross is an expert in general construction and eco-friendly alternatives for sustainable development.
Mr. Ross is a certified builder since 2006, and is responsible for quality control and construction processes. He also manages site safety and enforces the implementation of international construction and workplace standards.
Progressive Property Consortium endeavors to protect the environment with the use of renewable technologies, and apply suitable methodologies to promote sustainable communities.
All lot developments meet all required standards and have been approved by all legal relevant agencies and governing bodies within Jamaica.
